PCN Colte: Enhanced Access

A Primary Care Network (PCN) is a group of general practices working together with a range of local providers, including across primary care, community services, social care and the voluntary sector, to offer more personalised, coordinated health and social care to their local populations

Colte PCN are looking at offering appointments at different times outside of the core hours we are currently open, however, we would like to know what you think about how we should do this.

Colte PCN comprises the following surgeries:

  • Ambrose Avenuen (including Tollgate Health Centre)
  • Walton Medical Centre
  • Riverside Medical Centre
  • Rowhedge & University Medical Centre
  • Ardleigh Surgery (including Dedham)
  • Wivenhoe Medical Centre
  • West Mersea Medical Centre
  • Colne Medical Centre (including Alresford)
  • Tiptree Medical Centre
