Thank you for your interest in becoming a Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care System (ICS) ‘Can Do’ Health and Care Awards Judging Panel Member.
Our first ‘Can Do’ Health and Care Awards took place in 2024, and the winners were announced at our annual EXPO event. The awards were a huge success in highlighting the extraordinary achievements of individuals, teams and collaborations across our health and care system.
We want to recognise, commend, and share the excellence within our health and care system in Suffolk and North East Essex. Successful nominations will form case studies that exemplify the practice that we want to encourage throughout our system, that demonstrate the impact of innovative person-centred approaches, in partnership with people, communities and organisations, that will take forward our ‘Future Shift’ vision and strategy.
