GP contact and making appointments survey Q2

Suffolk and North East Essex Engagement team are supporting Primary Care Networks (PCN’s) in collecting data on patient experiences with GP surgeries and making appointments at the surgeries.  This data will be used to demonstrate any improvements in patient experience of access over the next year (2023/2024), and to identify areas where improvements can be made. We would like to hear your experiences of contacting your local GP services.
