The NHS has partnered with fitness coach Joe Wicks to release exercise videos for people to get active before surgery to help reduce complications and recover quicker. Two 10 minute videos of exercise, one chair based and the other low impact are ideal for older people. Click on the link below for more information and to watch the videos. |  |
