Suffolk County Council Climate and Health Survey


Thank you for taking the time to complete our Climate and Health Survey. 

Suffolk County Council is keen to hear from as many people as possible to help us understand what you know about climate change and the ways it might affect our health and well-being. 


The survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous.
