Strategic plan key themes

This form is for Insight and Oversight Group members to feedback on the developing key themes for the Integrated Urgent Care Strategic Plan document. These themes will form the framework in which the detailed service review will be built on.

Please respond by 5pm Monday 11th August 2025.

Introduction

Thank you for taking the time to review the themes and provide your comments.

You have a copy of the four draft themes, how they are informed by the engagement, and how they relate to the NHS 10 Year Plan.

Please see an outline of the 4 draft themes below, and comment on their wording.

  1. Accessible
  2. Efficient
  3. Clinical excellence
  4. Agile, innovative and responsive

We are asking members of the Insight and Oversight Group to comment to help us to form the strategic plan document.

There are different types of knowledge within the group, so if there is something that you do not understand the full details of, please do not worry.
