Unity Practice NHS App Usage

The NHS App is being expanded and developed further. Very soon you should be able to access more of your medical information via the App and also book a wider variety of appointments. SNEE ICB wants to find out how we can make the App more accessible to everyone in our community.

SNEE ICB is interested to find out how many people in our area are currently using the App and how they access it. Please take our short survey below to tell us about how you use the NHS App or, if you don't, then we would love to know why that it is.

We will use your data to understand more about NHS App usage from people in Suffolk and North East Essex, and then use the data to inform decisions on how we can encourage more people to use the App by making it more accessible to all.
