    ME & CFS and Long COVID Survey

    ME & CFS and Long COVID are all types of post-viral conditions and so the services are combining. We have been working with people who have different expertise, including patients and carers with lived experience of the conditions to find out how the services should combine, and which services would be most valuable to patients.

    West Suffolk Diabetes Service

    We are currently reviewing the West Suffolk Diabetes service and would welcome your feedback to help improve the experiences of the population, the results of this survey will be used to shape our future diabetes service.

    Children’s Services in Suffolk

    As part of Suffolk County Council’s continued drive to ensure children's services meet the needs of the Suffolk population, Suffolk County Council are inviting service users, including future users, and stakeholders to share their views on the current Healthy Child Service and Family Hubs (0-5 services).

    Responses will help the Council understand what is important to users and help guide its approach and thinking for the future.

    Four questionnaires are available on the County Council website at Children's health and children's centre services - Suffolk County Council (from 1 October 2024) covering:

    Healthy Child services, also known as the 0-19 service and has 3 parts

    1. Health visiting - provided by Health Visitors and their teams who work with families with children aged 0-5 years, via home visits, clinics, group and 121 support.

    1. School nursing - supports children aged 5-19 years old (up to 25 years for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and their families.

    1. Family Nurse Partnership - a home visiting service for first time mums, aged 21 years and under, who live in Suffolk.

    Family hubs (0-5 services)

    1. Family hubs (0-5 services) - locations used by our 0-5 Health and Children Centre Teams to deliver activities and information to children and their families.

    The closing date for user feedback is 29 November 2024.

    Views are welcomed from individuals or as a group. The questionnaires are anonymous, and you can complete all that are relevant to you.
