The Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board (SNEE ICB) would like to understand the experiences of people living with both mental health illness and substance use, also known as "dual-diagnosis". To make sure we hear from as many people as possible, including people with a dual-diagnosis and their carers, friends and family, we have created a new confidential survey in which we ask for your experience, good or bad, either personally or as a family member/friend.
