  Knowledge and Skills you may need to face serious illness, sudden loss, or bereavement - How much do you know?

  We tend not to like to talk about end-of-life care but the more we find out about our choices and options, and where to find support, the better prepared we’ll be.

  If you are over 18 years and live in the East of England we invite you to complete this public awareness survey. It contains a series of questions to help you identify areas you may wish to learn more about.

  All responses are anonymised. Your participation will help guide improvements to end-of-life care in your area.
