Our Accessible Information Group is looking for members
The Accessible Information Advisory Group are here to support you
Thinklusive, in partnership with the Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board, leads work to improve the accessibility of NHS information across our system.
The Accessible Information Advisory Group provides expert advice to ensure compliance with the NHS Accessible Information Standard and supports best practice in inclusive communication. Our focus includes accessible formats such as easy-read, large print, audio, video, colour contrast, and translations—helping organisations meet obligations under the Equality Act 2010 and other legislation.
We are looking for new members to join our group and welcome anyone with an interest in improving accessibility—whether you have lived experience, work in health and care, or represent a community organisation.
The group meets bi-monthly via Zoom and more information about dates, the work of the group, and how you can be involved can be found at www.letstalksnee.co.uk/accessible-information-advisory-group
