The Future of Urgent Health and Care in Suffolk and North East Essex
View the archived engagement project and download the full Integrated Urgent Care Strategic Plan for Norfolk and Suffolk at: www.letstalksnee.co.uk/urgent-care
This report brings together the insights of 483 people, including community members, carers, volunteers, and professionals, who generously shared their experiences and ideas to shape the future of urgent care. It also outlines our process and evaluation of embedding co-production within strategic commissioning.
Sincere thanks go to everyone who took part, shared the survey, and hosted community conversations. The Insight & Oversight Group's honesty, expertise, and commitment were invaluable in shaping the co‑produced strategic plan.
Do share this report as widely as you can, in particular back to the groups and individuals whose voices we heard.
Stay up to date with future engagement opportunities — and get involved in shaping other programmes of work — by making sure you are registered on the wider platform: www.letstalksnee.co.uk
