Who is it most important to hear from? Have we missed any key groups?
The I&O Group would have representation from:
- Commissioners and those responsible for current Suffolk’s Community Services
- Current service providers providing links to current service users and workforce
- Community-based groups, people and organisations representing those impacted by health inequalities related to Community Services, for example experiences related to:
• Children, young people and transition
• Family carers
• Mental health
• Neurological health
• Learning disability
• Frailty and dementia
• Neurodivergence
• Alcohol/substance use
• Homelessness
• Living in a rural area and/or no access to affordable transport
Please use this discussion forum to tell us who is it most important to hear from? Who is most impacted by health inequalities related to Community Services? Are there any other key groups we need to include that are missing from this list?
