No border crossing toilet seats!

It’s incredible that you can have a THR surgery in Essex but when you are discharged home to Suffolk no raised toilet seat may cross the border. I cannot imagine what would possibly happen. People think this is a joke but it’s reality! Maybe toilet seat passports need to be introduced.
